December 9th

Bonsoir everyone! Hope you're all well! So today I was planning to talk about something else, but I decided to postpone it just a little bit. And what changed my mind was a last-minute inspiration. I was casually wondering what to eat for dinner. And then, the perfect idea popped inside my head. I believe you already know that kind of pasta that looks like little stars (if you don't, go find it, like, now). It's probably one of my favorite things to eat, especially during the cold months of winter. It's the best to warm you up and so easy to make which makes it a perfect and cozy meal. But, today I tried to make it a little extra. I added some sausages, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Extra tip: add the kind of cheese you like and enjoy! So my plans for tonight: sofa, blanket, Netflix (Holidate to be exact, go watch it!), and a plate of this delicious meal! I guess you can tell I'm living my best life during this situation (or at least I'm trying!). And that's all for now, goodnight and don't let the bedbugs bite!

Recipe (for two):

*150gr of pasta stars

*two medium sausages

*tomato sauce (1 small can)

*salt & oregano

*olive oil (about 1 tbsp)

For the serving:

*add some feta or any cheese you want on top
